Wicker Rattan is Professor Rattan's evil twin brother, and the main antagonist of Minnesota Cuke and the Search for Noah's Umbrella.
Bio[]
When he and his brother Rattan were children, they searched everywhere for Noah's umbrella after seeing an old film about Noah.
Years later, he plans to steal Noah's umbrella so he can control the world's weather, as he thinks that whenever Noah opened his umbrella in the film, the rain would pour. When he finds an icy cave inside the Kuman Inn, he traps Minn, Julia, and Rattan in a giant cage over a cliff. To his dismay, when he opens the umbrella, nothing happens. He screams in disappointment, causing the icy cave to start collapsing. He tries to escape, but gets arrested by the Canadian Mounties from the first film.
Physical Appearance[]
He looks almost exactly like his brother Rattan, except he has red curly hair, a red tie, tan clothing, and a black mustache.

- Wicker constantly mispronounces the letter R with W sounds whenever it is used in words that have the letter R in front of or in it.
