WJRF (previously known as WNCB) is a radio station in Duluth, Minnesota, that mainly focuses on Contemporary Christian music.

In 1998, shortly after Madame Blueberry was released, Jason Wert gives an idea to save "Silly Songs with Larry" by signing a petition to bring back the silly songs. WJRF created a petition called "Save Our Silly Songs" to send to Big Idea. This was made in response to Archibald cancelling Silly Songs due to "The Song of the Cebú" incident, and replacing it with His Cheeseburger. The petition got 167,512 signatures from people across Minnesota, including one person in Moose Lake.

When Big Idea got this petition, they decided to respond with The End of Silliness?, which had Larry depressed over losing his Silly Songs, but with Archibald showing the petition and reinstating Silly Songs at the end.
