- The "Movies!" disc is the only compilation release to feature Lord of the Beans.
- Some episodes originally produced in a 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio are cropped to 4:3, including:
- "Minnesota Cuke and the Search for Noah's Umbrella"
- "Abe and the Amazing Promise"
- "Sweetpea Beauty"
- "Pistachio - The Little Boy That Woodn't"
- The 16:9 widescreen cut of "Saint Nicholas: A Story of Joyful Giving" was included on the "Holiday!" disc, despite originally being released on DVD with a 4:3 aspect ratio.
- Some episodes were shortened to only feature their advertising segment and their Silly Song, including:
- "Abe and the Amazing Promise"
- "Sweetpea Beauty"
- "A Snoodle's Tale"
- The "Silly Songs!" disc is the same as the normal DVD for "If I Sang A Silly Song", with all the bonus features, options, and previews carried over.
- The audio for "Lord of the Beans" on the "Movies!" disc is somewhat messed up, as the vocals and sound effects are dominant on the left audio channel, and the score is dominant on the right audio channel.
- The music video for the Larry-Boy Theme Song is cut from "Larry-Boy! and the Fib from Outer Space!" on the "Super Heroes!" disc.
