Tómas Doval (born April 20, 1962) is a Cuban voice actor who provided his voice for 3-2-1 ¡Pingüinos!, the Latin Spanish Dub of 3-2-1 Penguins and the Latin Spanish dub of VeggieTales.
He is most famous for dubbing Gerald Broflovski and Father Maxi in South Park, Juanisimo in The Fairy Oddparents, and other characters, due to his move to Las Vegas in 2014, it was the reason why he did not do dubbing again.
