Softimage 3D was a computer animation program that was used by several companies for graphics and animation, including Universal and Disney. It was discontinued in 2001, and eventually replaced with Autodesk Softimage (which in turn was discontinued in 2015).
Big Idea used Softimage's animation software from 1993-1999 to create VeggieTales videos and the Markus B. segments from Fabulicious Day.
