Scallini is the main antagonist of the VeggieTales Show episode, LarryBoy and the Cape-Coat Caper. He is obsessed with stealing anything to do with fashion.
His model is the same as Scallion #1, albeit with a green nose and eyelids (though the Scallions themselves would also receive green eyelids when they returned in Samson's Bad Hair Day).
He speaks with an Italian accent, but his voice also sounds very similar to Dr. Flurry's.
