Otto is the Secondary Antagonist of Tomato Sawyer and Huckleberry Larry's Big River Rescue, he was the Second in Command to Mr. Dooley.

Biography[]
- At the Dooley and Sons Lumber Camp, Mr. Dooley orders him to signal Big Jim (Apollo Gourd) who Mr. Dooley framed him of stealing Turkey Jerky 5 years earlier to help with some Logs, a Lumberjack comes to alert Otto and Mr. Dooley about Silverstein getting a Splinter, so Otto and Mr. Dooley have to go see Silverstein, while they're gone, Jim escapes the Camp and Mr. Dooley and Otto try to chase him but fail to catch him so give Tomato Sawyer and Huckleberry Larry a Wanted Poster of Big Jim and a Signal Flare so they can alert them if they find him, Mr. Dooley takes Otto and Barking Steve to Muscatine but Otto insists they return to camp because the Boys won't know what to do without 'em, after Tom and Huck encounter Jim, Huck activates the signal flare and the trio come over and once again fail to catch him making Mr. Dooley angry. After the King and Duke encounter Tom, Huck and Jim, the King and Duke call Mr. Dooley and he along with Otto, Barking Steve and two cops once again fail to catch him at the St. Louis World Fair and after Jim ends up with his Mama again, everyone learns that Mr. Dooley framed Jim so he's arrested and Otto and Barking Steve redeem themselves and attend Jim and Mama Belle's concert on the Ferry.
