Trivia[]
- This is the first episode for several things:
- The first episode to be released in 2022.
- The first LarryBoy episode to have an original story since LarryBoy and the Cape-Coat Caper.
- The first episode to feature a mushroom character since The Yodelnapper! and the first episode to have one in a computer-animated episode since Larry-Boy and the Rumor Weed.
- The first physical appearance of Adele Pepper since her debut in LarryBoy and the Cape-Coat Caper, not counting her cameos on billboards in the last two LarryBoy episodes or her appearance in The LarryBoy Theme from LarryBoy and the Angry Eyebrows Trouble.
- Therefore, this is also the first episode to feature Melissa Mabie as part of the voice cast since the aforementioned episode.
- The first episode to feature Qwerty with a speaking role since LarryBoy and the Cape-Coat Caper.
- The first LarryBoy episode to feature the LarryMobile since LarryBoy and the Angry Eyebrows Trouble.
- The first episode to be written by Len Uhley since Noah's Ark.
- The first LarryBoy episode where Laura does not have any major dialogue.
- The first LarryBoy episode in which Callie Flower does not appear.
- The first episode in which not all of the Scallions are present since Veggies in Space: The Fennel Frontier (not counting Scallion #3's appearance in the theme song).
- The first episode where LarryBoy drives the LarryMobile in an episode featuring the League since The League of Incredible Vegetables.
- The first time Mike Nawrocki voices Krazy Kenny since Celery Night Fever.

- The first LarryBoy episode to feature more than one verse.
- The first LarryBoy episode where Vogue did not inflate.
- The first episode in which a character grows to be large since Grow-tato.
- The first LarryBoy episode where LarryBoy does not drive the LarryMobile outside the Larry Cave.
- The first LarryBoy episode where LarryBoy does not say his signature catchphrase "I am that hero!" (or at least a variant of it) since Attack of the Marshmallow Laser.
- The first episode of The VeggieTales Show to have a similar lesson to one of the show's previous episodes.
- The first episode where Scallion #3 doesn't appear with the other two Scallions since Pistachio: The Little Boy That Woodn't The Little Boy That Woo
- This was the twenty-third episode in production, while it was the twenty-fourth released.
- The verse that Qwerty quotes is Colossians 3:14, while the verse that the League quotes is 1 Corinthians 13:4-5.
- There were a few differences between pre-production and the final product:
- Scooter was originally going to speak through a police scanner when he tells the Scallions to pull over.
- The Scallions' screams when S-Cape lifts them off the road and later into the lake would have been different.
- Jimmy was originally going to be wearing a shirt.
- Ricochet was going to say "So you might as well give u-" before being cut off when the Scallions throw a trash can over him. He would have also said "Drat!" instead of "Uh-oh!" in this scene.
- Houston was going to have a different design, using that of a green bean character (who is also named Houston) from Veggies in Space: The Fennel Frontier and Beauty and the Beet. His appearance would have also used his design from the latter episode.
- Some of Adele's lines were different compared to the final product:
- "Are you a team or not?" was changed to "Are you a team or are you all holding some kind of grudge with one another?"
- The League's responses to her question here would have also been different.
- "That's more like it." was changed to her chuckling while saying "Oh, good, good, good!"
- "The team is over!" was changed to "The League has split up!"
- "*ahem*Well, you don't want to be the last one to get a word in, do you?" was simply shortened to "Well?".
- "Are you a team or not?" was changed to "Are you a team or are you all holding some kind of grudge with one another?"
- When Alfred asks about Ricochet, the lines "He's missing! I fear something dreadful has happened!" weren't originally included in the script.
- Vogue's line "That kid always bounces back anyway" was originally done in a slightly different tone of voice.
- Additionally, after she says this, a scene of Alfred looking glum and turning away was also going to be included, but was cut out from the final product, possible due to time reasons.
- Adele was going to manipulate Alfred into holding a grudge against the League after she blows the green powder on him. She would do so by reminding him of times when the League would ignore what he says. Alfred, however, would brush this off, thus showing him to not be affected by the green powder. He would then threaten to expose Adele and Crimini's plan, leading Houston to stuff him in a sack. This was likely cut out due to time reasons.
- During this scene, Adele was also going to remind Alfred that the spores from the powder help people who are affected by said powder to remember any grudges they might hold. Ricochet ended up being the one to acknowledge this in the final product.
Remarks[]
- Houston appears to use the same model as Krazy Kenny, although it is unclear whether or not they are the same character.
- Adele Pepper is shown to be a reporter for the Bumblyburg Inquisitor in this episode. However, in her last appearance, she was reporting for Channel 1 News. It is possible that either she switches jobs between the two news networks, got fired from Channel 1 News for some unexplained reason and become a reporter for the Bumblyburg Inquisitor, or she just decided to quit her job at Channel 1 News and become a reporter for the Bumblyburg Inquisitor instead.
- On another note, Adele states that no real network would hire her as a serious reporter, leaving her to do reports on bad news instead. This somewhat leaves the true motive behind Adele switching jobs between the two aforementioned episodes unclear.
- Buttons also mentions that he was Adele's first scoop, implying that she reported on him long before the events of this episode. This may have also happened before LarryBoy and the Cape-Coat Caper, but again, this may be unclear.
- On another note, Adele states that no real network would hire her as a serious reporter, leaving her to do reports on bad news instead. This somewhat leaves the true motive behind Adele switching jobs between the two aforementioned episodes unclear.
- The white zig-zag lines on Qwerty move like a mouth whenever he talks. This was something that was never shown in LarryBoy and the Cape-Coat Caper.
- It is never explained why Alfred and Ricochet weren't affected by the green powder, despite both being exposed to it. It could be possible that the green powder doesn't affect those who don't hold grudges (or at least ones that resulted from recent mishaps).
- According to storyboards by Shawna Cha, this would be the case for Alfred. Adele would remind him that the League always ignores what he says, but he brushes it off. When Alfred threatens to expose their plan, Houston would stuff him in a sack.
- Like the last LarryBoy episode, Scallions #1 and #2's noses are black and dark green instead of navy blue and dark teal, respectively. They also have different voices at some points.
- The same recording of S-Cape saying "Me too also!" is repeated three times throughout the episode. Similarly, the same recording of Adele Pepper saying "Adele Pepper reporting!" is repeated twice.
Goofs[]
- Adele Pepper is mistakenly named "Belle Pepper" in the episode's description.
- When Mayor Blueberry says "The kind where nothing can go wrong," her mouth does not move when she says "wrong."
- Scallion #2's stalks are seen clipping through the roof of the getaway car at some points. Additionally, his middle stalk is missing while he is in the car, but it reappears after he and Scallion #1 escape.
- Although technically not a goof, Laura can be seen moving slowly to the left (viewer's right) in the shot where Ricochet receives a medal, but she stops just before Ricochet says "Can't we all just get along?"
- When Buttons Crimini says "Nobody will escape me," Scooter is seen driving the white shuttle bus away from Buttons, but in the next scene, Scooter is seen amongst the crowd of people interviewing the League.
- When Ricochet tells the League about Buttons Crimini, Adele Pepper appears right next to them, but she disappears in the next shot.
- When LarryBoy gets caught in Crimini's whirlwind, one of his plunger reels is not connected to his helmet.
- Vogue disappears when LarryBoy says "Always glad to share the good news.", but she reappears in the final shot of the episode.
- There are a few mistakes shown in the cast of characters during the credits:
- Jimmy and Scallion #1 are not shown with Phil Vischer's list of characters.
- Scallion #2 is not shown with Mike Nawrocki's list of characters.
- Kira Buckland is not credited for voicing Vogue and Laura.
