Ikue Ōtani / 大谷 育江 (born August 18, 1965) is a Japanese actress who specializes in voice acting.
She is most popularly known as the voice of Pikachu in the Pokemon series.
She also provided voices for other TV Shows such as One Piece, Detective Canon, Corpse Party, Naruto, and Smile Precure.
For the Japanese Dub of VeggieTales, She provided the voices for Rosie Grape, Scallion #3 and Lenny Carrot.
