Helena Duarte Montez de Sousa (born April 10) is a European Portuguese voice actress who provided various voices for the European Portuguese dub of VeggieTales.
She also provided dubbing for Shrek 2, Shrek the Third, Ratatouille, Shrek Forever After, Tangled, Brave, The Lorax, Zootopia, Moana, Coco, Ralph Breaks the Internet, Encanto, 102 Dalmations, Alice Through the Looking Glass, Beauty and the Beast, Mary Poppins Returns, Noelle, Howard, Star vs, The Forces of Evil, Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir, and The Loud House.
