Fibs are extraterrestrial life-forms.
Their main purpose is to grow from someone lying about something, and they'll grow to enormous monsters and cause destruction whenever they like. The only way to stop them is to eventually tell the truth, and the monster will shrink and vanish.
Fibs have three forms. The first form is just a small ball-like shape with spots, similar to Lumpy but with an antenna. They'll grow bigger with a body and legs. Once the lie is big enough, they'll turn into giants with arms with three fingers. Tim Hodge in the How to Draw series stated they're built similar to a snowman.
Fibrilous Minimus

Fibrilous Minimus (commonly known as Fib) is the main antagonist of Larry-Boy! and the Fib from Outer Space!.
He was the first fib to land on earth. Jimmy and Jerry discovered it when it was falling into the atmosphere. He became Junior's "friend" when his dad's plate broke and Fib told him to make up a story that someone else broke it.
After Junior told a few lies, Fib became gigantic and decides to destroy Bumblyburg, and holding Junior in his clutches.
Suddenly, Junior discovered that Fib had only become Junior's enemy.
Once Junior realized that he's the only one to stop it, he told everyone the truth, which caused Fib to shrink and disappear into non-existence.
He reappears in Larry-Boy! and the Gas from Outer Space! as the secondary antagonist where he fly's from outer space just as Junior Asparagus notices him from the window and is terrified.
Then Blue Fib lands near the carrots house where Junior has an accident with the bowling plate, once wakes up on his couch after falling of his ladder Fib introduces him self to him, He tries to talk to him about the situation but Junior is unfazed and starts eating an apple after wetting it in the sink and using a microphone and he then throws Blue Fib out of the house and he lands in a trash can with the apple core.
Later after Junior's Dad goes outside Blue Fib who has just escaped from the trash can feels giddy and mutters in a strange voice and Junior's Dad thinks that Blue Fib is a ball.
Later Junior Bob and Blue Fib go to the bowling alley where Red Fib has followed them and records it with his iPad, Junior tells Blue Fib (who is with the collection of bowling balls) to wait here but then a Bean grabs Blue Fib and mistakes him for a Bowling Ball and then throws him straight at the skittles and Junior releaved that he got a strike while Bob is confused and Blue Fib comes out and has gone green looking quiet sick and gets off the collection.
After That He and Junior go outside just as Larry-Boy passes them and says hi then Junior says "No Wait" and then Larry-Boy backs up and asks "What?" then he notices Blue Fib (who he is looking for) and Thanks Junior for pointing him out while Blue Fib fells his cover has been blown, But as Larry-Boy tries to pull him in he notices that Blue Fib is to big to fit in and tries to pull him in with all his might and Alfred confused at this ask's what's happening just as Blue Fib and Larry-Boy let go of each other and are sent flying, and as Blue Fib lands in another trash can Alfred asks "How is it going" and Larry Boy says that his suit is very constricting and springs a gasket then Alfred screams "OH YOU TORMENTOR! YOOOOOOOUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!", Then Larry-Boy says that he should get home now, While Junior watches him leave he sees that Blue Fib has grown and has the trash can on his head.
Later Junior and Blue Fib go to the police to ask if they know where the alien is holding a wanted poster and then the police lift the lid off of his head and so Blue Fib escapes in a truck which makes Junior annoyed as he shakes his head at him.
Later when Junior and Blue Fib go for a stroll He tries to cross the road only to be hit by a truck but survives which frustrates Junior.
That evening Blue Fib decides to go shopping and asks Junior to wait here and as he leaves Junior sees Red Fib talking to Laura asking her to trust him since "A Little Fib couldn't hurt anybody" This angers Junior and he yells that he just couldn't believe he let him say that thinking that Blue Fib is the one to blame and Laura's dad is seen thinking how rude, Then Junior notices Blue Fib who has fully grown as he says "Hi Junior" and tries to grab him but Junior escapes and runs off to where Bob is hiding while Blue Fib chases after him.
That Night Blue Fib catches who he thinks is Junior but is actually Red Fib who is petrified at the size of him while he laughs evilly then he realizes he's got the wrong person and So Bob changes into BatBob and launches himself at Blue Fib hitting him in the nose.
Meanwhile Larry and Alfred are playing a game of cards and he says he feels better already but then he notices his spotlight and sees that the monster is still here, BatBob runs towards Blue Fib knocking him to the ground and he and Junior start beating the crap out of him offscreen while Larry-Boy watches and with the help of Michael Rosen who sprays Blue Fib with some water (Which is Blue Fib's weekness) and then Blue Fib begins to shrink losing both his arms legs and nose and then he finally dissapears ending his life for good.
He speaks in a New Jersey-esque accent.

- His voice is pitch-shifted like most of the characters, but it changes as he grows. Tim's regular voice starts when the fib gains legs.
The Red Fib

After Fib's "death", another fib colored red landed on Bumblyburg, the same street.
It's unknown what happened to it after the episode ended.
He later appears in Larry-Boy! and the Gas from Outer Space! where he has a much bigger role as the main antagonist where he would go out spying on Junior and befriending Laura Carrot, he first appears when he drops from the sky and landed on the road.
He is later seen again in shop where he watches Junior talking to Bob about the accident and lie with The Bowling Plate.
He then goes to the Bowling Alley where Bob Junior and Blue Fib are already at and decides to record Blue Fib being bowled into the skittles with his iPad.
Later when Blue Fib (who has grow to the size of a human and has got legs) goes shopping Junior sees Red Fib talking to Laura asking to trust him since "A Little Fib couldn't hurt anybody", This angers Junior and he yells that he just couldn't believe he let him say that.
That Night when Blue Fib has fully grown and Bob and junior are hiding from him he catches what he thinks is Junior but is actually Red Fib who is petrified at the size of him just as Blue Fib notices he's got the wrong person.
The Next Morning after Blue Fib's death Junior notices Red Fib flying at the window in defeat.
