Carlos Seidl (born December 17, 1948) is a Brazilian voice actor who provided the voices of Palmy and Scallion #2 in the Brazilian Portuguese dub of VeggieTales.
He also provided dubbing for TV Shows and Movies such as Thor: The Dark World, Captain Americal The Winter Soldier, Guardians of the Galaxy, Guradians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Thor: Ragnarok, Venom, Captain Marvel, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers Endgame, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, The Simpsons, Spider-Man, Wall-E, Palm Springs, Phineas and Ferb, Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Cyberchase, Toy Story 2, Rio 2, Cowboy Bebop, One Piece, Soul Eater, Hunter x Hunter, and Attack on Titan.
