Andrea Eva Libman (born July 19, 1984) is a Canadian actress who has appeared in Little Women, Andre, and a guest role on The X-Files. She is also known for providing voice acting in various animated shows, such as voicing the characters of Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy in the Discovery Family series My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic and its spinoffs.
She provided the voice of Fuzzy for 3-2-1 Penguins!.
