- Despite it being called "All the Songs," they are missing some songs.
- The songs heard in the Lyle Medley and the original version of The Bunny Song are not included, likely because they have never been released on any album before. Also missing are The W's version of The Rumor Weed Song from Larry-Boy: The Soundtrack and the reprisals of The Lord Has Given and Promised Land from VeggieTunes 2.
- Despite being on the discs and CD cover, Petunia Rhubarb does not appear in any of the songs, nor in the episodes the songs were in.
