Alby Commercial Enterprises Pte Ltd (now known as Alby Singapore) is a Singapore-based Christian distributor founded in 1978, a time when CREST Christian Book Corner had opened up. It distributed episodes of VeggieTales and 3-2-1 Penguins! on VCD, exclusively outside of North America, from 1999 to 2001.

Notes[]
- Despite being released in 1999, these VCD releases use the original Everland masters for each episode.
- Most episodes are unedited on these VCD releases. However, there are a few bizarre edits or mastering errors as follows:
- Where's God When I'm S-Scared?/God Wants Me to Forgive Them!?!:
- The former episode accidentally leaves out the "Okay, Larry, it's..." fragment of Bob's line "Okay, Larry, it's time for the theme song."
- The colors for both episodes are faded into a greenish hue on the left half of the visuals.
- Josh and the Big Wall!/The End of Silliness?:
- The theme song (in its sing-along version) from the latter episode appears before the former, thus replacing the 1994 VeggieTales theme song that was in the original.
- The credits for Josh and the Big Wall! are omitted.
- The entire opening scene of The End of Silliness? is also oddly cut.
- King George and the Ducky
- Like the VCD release Praise, Inc. distributed in the Philippines, the entire 2000 Word Entertainment master is used, which includes the 3-2-1 Penguins! teaser trailer.
- Where's God When I'm S-Scared?/God Wants Me to Forgive Them!?!:
- On the VCD cover for Dave and the Giant Pickle/A Very Silly Sing-Along!, the title for Dave and the Giant Pickle is already impressed on the rocks that the Israelites are hiding behind, but was also unnecessarily duplicated as a separate text box to the bottom-left side of the cover.
- The order for some episodes was repurposed for these releases (given by the cover spines and the catalogue inserts), treating A Very Silly Sing-Along! as Episode 6, Madame Blueberry as Episode 7, The Toy That Saved Christmas as Episode 8, The End of Silliness? as Episode 10, and Larry-Boy! and the Fib from Outer Space! as Episode 11.
- The copyright date on the first six VCDs says 1996, which is false for the majority of included episodes.
