3-2-1 B.I.B.L.E. Academy is a VBS (Vacation Bible School) curriculum created to promote 3-2-1 Penguins!, as well as a complete program that teaches everyone how to let God change their hearts so they can be more like Jesus.
It also features edited versions of the first five episodes of the show. It was released in 2002.

- The B.I.B.L.E. in the title stands for Basic Interplanetary Bible Learning Expedition.
- This was released in late 2002 around the same time as The Doom Funnel Rescue!, due to that episode being included in the curriculum.
Fast Forward[]
- The episodes would also get edited for time constraints and per NBC's requests when they were first aired during 3-2-1 Penguins! and LarryBoy Stories on Qubo in 2006.
