Øyvind Borgemoen Lyse, simply known as Øyvind B. Lyse (born October 17, 1964) is a Norwegian voice actor who provided the voice of Phil Winklestein in the Norwegian dub of VeggieTales.
He also provided dubbing for TV Shows and Movies such as Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas, Shark Tale, The Incredibles, Chicken Little, Valiant, Flushed Away, Open Season, The Ant Bully, The Bee Movie, Shrek the Third, Ratatouille, Kung Fu Panda, The Princess and the Frog, Despicable Me, Shrek Forever After, Tangled, Toy Story 3, Kung Fu Panda 2, Brave, The Lorax, Turbo, Rio, The Pirate Fairy, Moana, Captain Underpants: The Epic Movie, Incredibles 2, Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2, Santa Paws 2: The Santa Pups, Pete's Dragon, Beauty and the Beast, and Julie & the Phantoms.
